Kumquat

The Kumquat is one of the few randomly spawning fruits that was added in the farming update. Farming Kumquats can yield a small profit, but they only have a 30% survival rate. Kumquats sell for 20 silver, weigh 10 each and have a lifespan of 5 days.

The Kumquat fruit’s skin is mainly orange. It is relatively slim and round, resembling an egg-like shape. The top features a vibrant green stem—when contrasted against the Kumquat tree leaves, the stem is intensely bright.

The tree features a somewhat dark brown trunk, which is very round, a perfect cylinder. The leaves are a medium green but may seem quite dark when compared to the Kumquat‘s stem. Additionally, one may say the leaves are particularly bushy. Additionally, there are always 12 fruits on every tree. It is also one of the smallest fruit spawning trees.

Location

Kumquats spawn near both of the orange fields but mostly found to the left of the peaches (In the plains). When the Kumquat tree is out of fruit, just like all randomly spawning trees, it will disappear. The tree will then go to one of its multiple fixed locations. All known locations are found anywhere in the orange fields.

They also tend to spawn near oranges, though, this isn’t always the case.

Jungle

The Jungle, also known as the Forest, is located to the southeast of Town Center. It is characterized by many tall jungle trees that cover the ground in shadow.

Tips

  • One of the two groups of bananas is located at the very top of a slippery and steep road. If your vehicle is unable to drive up this road, upgrade your tire traction in TL Auto’s garage or go to the other one in the east forest.
  • Using a flying vehicle will allow you to easily reach higher bananas, and is necessary to reach the large bananas.
  • You could also try scaling the banana and large banana trees too by jumping at a certain angle and picking the fruit while jumping.
  • Remember that watermelons only spawn here and a possible lemon/pineapple/papaya/durian/horned melon nearby on the ledges.
  • Try to upgrade the speed of your vehicle to get up the steep hills easier.

Durian

Durians are one of the randomly spawning fruits. They are located in various areas and never spawn in caves. It seems to somewhat spawn at dawn. Each tree contains four Durians. They can also be obtained from Suhreen. Durian trees will despawn if there are no Durians on it, like all other rare fruits. Despite how much they’re worth, they are often hard to find and are not a reliable source of silver. The survival rate is 14%, and the lifespan is 5 days in grow beds. The harvested tree will have two Durians in it. The Durian trees are noted to have random placement on high grounds.

Each Durian is worth 80 Silver and weighs 15 units.

Location

  • Durians spawn in elevated areas, such as the mountains and cliffs.
  • Durians can spawn just above the Cave Extension (the cliff to the right of the plums).
  • Durians can spawn on the cliff just over the Watermelon patch.
  • Durians can spawn right next to the bridge going to the Bananas in the jungle.
  • Durians can spawn on the mountain that is in the middle of the Banana trees and Watermelon patch.
  • Durians spawn near the Plum trees.
  • They can also spawn above the Purple, Red, Green, and blue crystal cave entrance.
