Рыба запеченная с овощной мексиканской смесью
Когда муж на работе, а любимое чадо в садике я часто обедаю таким образом.
Любую рыбу вымыть, посолить, поперчить, сбрызнуть лимоном и дать немного отдохнуть.
Форму смазать растительным маслом, выложить рыбу.
С верху разложить любую замороженную смесь.
Приправить и немного посолить.
Достать форму, присыпать тертым сыром, укропом.
Выключить и оставить минут на 3-5 до расплавления сыра.
Моего мужа таким не накормишь, он у меня мясоед.
А я, любитель рыбы, устраиваюсь поудобней и с удовольствием уминаю такую вкусноту и красоту.

Добавить в смесь соевый соус, перемешать, затем сверху выложить порезанную на куски рыбу и немного посолить, оставить на 10 мин.

Долго смеялась, прочитав рецепт))) на режиме выпечка смесь пригорит и образуется черная корка, что весьма вредно. Рыба развалится при перемешивании и в итоге получите пригоревшую не аппетитную массу. Не проще ли запечь рыбу в фольге или приготовить на пару, а в качестве гарнира ПОТУШИТЬ с соевым соусом( а не выпекать) мексиканскую смесь?
